Upcoming events to look forward to…

  • Kirstenbosch Summer Concerts continue – Experience the best of local and International artists on Cape Town’s most iconic stage, surrounded by nature. The perfect summer vibes at the foot of the mountain. The Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing live on the 2nd of February 2025. Matthew Mole on the 9th of February 2025. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens – concerts running until April 2025. 
  • Alice Phoebe Lou live at The Baxter – Two special nights at the Baxter from the 6th until the 7th of February 2025, in aid of Gift of the Givers across the world. With two acoustic supporting acts by Amy Ayanda and Akeeda. All profits will be donated to assist in Gift of the Givers’ humanitarian efforts from Cape Town to Gaza and across the globe.
  • Franschhoek Chamber of Music Festival – The Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra returns with the 4th annual Music and Art Festival. From the 13th until the 16th of February 2025 at the historical Dutch Reformed Church in Franschhoek. 
  • Cape Town Concert Series at the City Hall. Featuring the incredibly talented, Spina and Benignetti Piano Duo on the 15th of February 2025 at the Baxter Concert Hall. All part of the 70th anniversary celebrations.
  • Investec Cape Town Art Fair 2025 – The largest international art fair on the African continent, showcasing a myriad of artists, galleries, curators, speakers and special projects from across the globe. From the 21st until the 23rd February 2025, at the CTICC, Cape Town.
  • SA Lipizzaners Classical Performance – The history of Lipizzaners dates back to the late 16th Century when Spanish, Italian an Arab-Oriental horses were bred together to enhance the specific qualities of courage, strength and agility. The SA Lipizzaners perform mesmerising movements used in ancient battles and dance, to classical music. On the 22nd of February 2025 at the Mistico Equestrian Centre in Paarl.
  • Meraki Dance Festival – Jazzart Dance Theatre presents the inaugural Meraki Festival which embraces the concept of doing something with soul, creativity or love; to leave a piece and essence of yourself in your work. At the Artscape Theatre, Cape Town, from the 27th of February until the 1st of March 2025.
  • It’s ART MONTH in Cape Town. A reminder to all art lovers, and those that enjoy a gentle amble around the art corners of Cape Town, First Thursdays is a wonderful way to feel the city’s pulse. To witness the cafés, art galleries, bars and restaurants come to life with live street music and art. Every first Thursday of the month…Thursday February the 6th 2025.
