It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the Cape. Our favourite time of the year is upon us as we lap up the sunshine, the seaside bliss and the much-needed family fun.

- Disney100 Outdoor Cinema Experience – Gather on picnic blankets and embrace the warm summer air beneath the stars as you watch some timeless Disney classics on the Croquet Lawn at the V&A Waterfront.
- Carols at Kirstenbosh – A friends and family affair at the foot of the mountain, ensconced in nature as you sing along to some favourite Christmas Carols. From the 14th of December – Kirstenbosh Botanical Gardens.
- Maynardville Garden Christmas Market – Something lovely for the whole family to enjoy, getting into that Christmas spirit and tick the gift shopping off the list. From the 15th of December – Maynardville Park, Cape Town
- My Cape Town Market – In our neighbouring Company’s Garden, meander through the green walkways of the gardens, enjoying the music, arts and crafts, and live entertainment, just a stone’s throw away from Labotessa. From the 16th of December, The Company’s Garden.
- MCQP – Back to the Future – Nostalgia Through the Ages – MCQP’s annual extravaganza is being held at Cabo Beach Club on the 16th December. A journey back in time.
- Unity on the Square Festival – Greenmarket Square will be all lit up on the 16th of December by the sounds of Jimmy Nevis, Emo Adams and more.
- Corona Sunsets Summer Tour – Listen to some of South Africa’s most celebrated music artists at the Grand Africa Café & Beach on the 27th December.
